How to delete your account
From the mobile app:

Open the Glow House app

Log in to your account

Go to My Account / Settings

Tap on Delete Account

Confirm your request

What happens when you delete your account?
Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Your name, email address, and phone number

Account profile information
-
Saved delivery addresses
-
Wishlist and preferences
-
App usage data linked to your account
Order and transaction data
Due to the nature of eCommerce services, certain data related to your orders and transactions may be retained, including:

Order history
-
Invoice and billing details
-
Payment transaction records
This data is retained for legal, taxation, and fraud prevention purposes.
Data retention period

Personal account data: Deleted within 7–30 days of request

Transactional data: Retained for up to 5 years (or as required by applicable laws)
After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Important information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

You will lose access to your order history and account benefits

Any pending orders will be cancelled (if applicable)
